Hand-picked Roussanne and organically farmed Grenache Blanc are wild fermented in barrels and a concrete egg to produce a textural, pithy white wine with lovely honeysuckle laced fruit.
In Australia, proceeds go to Breakthrough Mental Health Research - close to Giles' heart and making a difference to many lives.
This wine is a beautiful blend of crunchy, green-apple filled Grenache Blanc and the more luscious, richly textured appeal of Roussanne. It is supremely balanced, incredibly versatile and most importantly - utterly delicious"

"It always needs noting that the profits from Our Fathers are destined for charities, with a focus on mental health initiatives. It should also be noted that these wines aren’t relying on the moral message to drive the sales, as the wines are of the highest quality – no skimping. There’s a charming zip and brightness to this, a lemonade-icy-pole quality, tangy and high on refreshment, while skipping through the apple, pear and lemon fruit notes one might expect, along with the sage and cypress characters I often find in roussanne. Gently textural, vibrantly fresh and a little pithy. Delicious, fine value and a wine for good."
